Banana Daquiri

2 ounces white rum, preferably Plantation 3 Stars Artisanal Rum

1 ounce banana liqueur

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup, preferably Barsmith

1-2 banana chips, for garnish

Add rum, banana liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass or shaker, add ice, and stir or shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or an old-fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with the banana chips.
