Bourbon Tart
2 ounces bourbon, preferably Elijah Craig Bourbon
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Blackberry Simple Syrup, preferably Real
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 lemon disc or wedge, for garnish
Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberry simple syrup and bitters in a shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with large ice cube or pebbled ice. Garnish with the lemon.
