Gold Rush
2 ounces Green River Bourbon
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce honey syrup
lemon twist, for ganish
Add the bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
