New York Sour
2 ounces Bourbon
3/4 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
float of Red Wine
Add the bourbon, simple syrup and lemon juice into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice. Delicately float a small amount of red wine on surface of the cocktail.
