Summer Breeze Spritz
1 ounce Bourbon
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce passion fruit syrup
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 ounces Prosecco to top
lemon slice and mint sprig, for garnish
Pour bourbon, Aperol, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a white wine glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco and gently stir the cocktail. Garnish with lemon slice and mint sprig.
