Negroni

1 ounces gin, preferably a London Dry Gin

1 ounce Sweet Vermouth, preferably Noilly Prat

1 ounce Campari

1 orange twist, for garnish

Add gin, vermouth and Campari in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until it’s thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or an old-fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with the orange twist, flaming it over the glass if you wish.
